I was thrilled with the room at this hotel - it was very spacious and newly appointed, ready before check-in hour, which was very convenient for our stay. The room was huge with everything new, a big bed, comfy pillows, a big TV, a coffee machine, and a very nice walk-in shower with a waterfall effect; the hot water was perfect.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cosy and nice, but the proximity to the lift made me uncomfortable without a handle or lock on the outside. The service was apologetic but not very friendly, and some mistakes like booking the wrong room impacted my stay. The location was perfect for those who are traveling but could be terrible due to its popularity with the locals. The dining was truly amazing, but the pricing could be a bit exaggerated. The facilities were sufficient but nothing extraordinary.
